Return & Refund Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at naveenbusiness2411@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the return address and detailed return instructions via email.

Please do not send any items back without first contacting us and receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or partially used personal care and beauty products cannot be returned.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
